What happens next?

We nominate you to our pharmacy. 

Your electronic prescriptions will then be automatically sent to us via the Electronic Prescription Service (EPS).

We plan your medication schedule.

We may contact you to find out how and when you take your medication.

Order your NHS repeat prescription.

You'll need to order your medication as you normally would from your GP surgery. Please note that it can take up to 2 days for your GP to send your prescription to us.

We recommend that you order your prescriptions at least 10 days before you are due to run out.

We package your medication.

We'll package your medication into pouches and our pharmacists check all of your medication before sending it out to you.

 

If there are any other items such as inhalers or creams, they'll also be sent out to you.
