How Pillo works
Easy sign up
Register your details with Pillo, so that your prescriptions are automatically sent to us.
We work with you to find out when and how you take your medication.
We deliver everything right to your door in safe and secure packaging.
Our service is free
Each pouch is labelled with
the medication contained within it,
the time, day and date it's due to be taken,
the patient's name.
Whether it's to your home, work or relative, Pillo can deliver your medication to any UK address via Royal Mail within 48 hours.
Local deliveries are carried out by our own delivery staff, usually on the same day of dispatch.
Please order your prescription directly with your GP surgery at least 12 days before you're due to run out.
This gives us enough time to pack and deliver all of your medication to you before you run out.
We'll contact you to find out when and how you take your medication so that we can sort them to suit your needs.
Payment and exemptions
Our service is free, however, if you pay for your prescriptions, you'll be charged the standard NHS prescription charge.
This is a payment that we collect on behalf of the NHS.
A payment link will be sent to you once we receive your prescription from the GP. Alternatively, you can pay over the phone.
If you are exempt, you can let us know during sign up. We accept all NHS prescription exemptions.
